NFT/AI usage is strictly forbidden.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

Credit to me is required when you post or use it on another platform.

You may not claim my work as your own.

I will not change my style in order to complete your commission, do not commission me if my style is not something you want.

Do not use any commissioned work for commercial reasons (reselling, merchandise, stickers, etc..)

You may use the final artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You may print or create a physical reproduction of the artwork (eg. keychains, pins, prints, etc.) as long as it is for personal use (ie. NOT for sale).

You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. All of my drawings will contain a watermark that you are not allowed to remove.

I retain all copyright over my work, which means I am allowed to post the art I made for you on my socials, as well as use them for examples for future commissions unless stated otherwise

All my prices are in USD, it is up to you to make any necessary conversions

I may change my prices without notice

Commissions must be paid in full once a concept sketch is approved

All payment will be done through PayPal, Ko-fi, or Cashapp

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

 » I will cover the Paypal fees as is expected from the Artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.

If payment is not made in a timely manner (24-72hrs) after I've sent the invoice, the commission will be cancelled.
 » Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.

Once I start working on your commission there will be NO REFUNDS. Please spend responsibly.

If you cancel your order before I have started it, you will get a full refund.

If I choose to cancel a project, I will refund what you paid.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in the immediate blacklisting of you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

Commission slots are first come first serve unless stated otherwise.

I will work on commissions in order received

No due dates unless specified during the initial consultation
 » I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

I will require a visual reference of the character/s you want me to draw. The higher the quality, the better
 » moodboards do not count but may help as an additional ref
 » I will refuse to work if your character reference is entirely text based.
 » If I have to design your character's outfit, a fee may be added.

I will need an idea to work off of; the clearer idea you have, the better I can try to execute it
 » If you do not have a clear idea, a brief description of your character/s personality or interests will suffice

You will get a reply from me to discuss the details as well as confirm your slot, typically within a week

Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations, to make the note clear to read.

Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details.

I will - after everything has been agreed on - send you an invoice or open a slot on Ko-fi. You will need to confirm payment with me before I start your order.

Updates are typically sent as I finish each step, or if any significant delays occur.

My turnaround time is typically 2~4 weeks (excluding weekends) from payment
 » Certain factors, such as my personal life/health, other commissions, and commission complexity, may delay it up to 8 weeks; I will do my best to update you should any delays occur

I will send a WIP (‘work in progress’) image as I complete each stage of your commission.

Each time I send a WIP to a client, I will ask the client to provide feedback to me.
 » You are free to take as long as you need to examine it, I will not rush you
 » Once you are sure it seems fine I will move onto the next step

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

Upon completion I will send you a .PNG of the finished work/s via email or a Google drive link.
 » Works without a scenic background will have a version with and without the background
 » Works sent over google drive will only remain up for a week after initial upload unless otherwise discussed, be sure to save them as soon as you can.

You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.

Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I try to preserve files for as long as I can. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or loss.
