You will be expected to provide visual references of your character/s; moodboards alone do not count

Turn around time is typically 1~4 weeks* (excluding weekends) from payment, but may be prolonged due to various factors

Extra characters currently max out at 2 per piece (3 characters total)

Transparent/solid background default; if you wish for a simple pattern let me know

Updates will be sent at each step for feedback

Finals sent via email or Google drive; will have versions with and without backgrounds when applicable

Please refer to my portfolio for examples of what my style looks like; I will not replicate other styles, do not commission me if my style is not what your looking for.

My pricing is semi-flexible, depending mostly on character specifics, if your curious how much a commission would be, message me for a quote

My art style can be a bit inconsistent, especially with fulls/chibis. Please let me know if there's a specific one you want before I start on your commission and I'll do my best to oblige!

I primarily do character drawings. I'm not the best with other things, but am willing to try if it's something you really want from me! just message me to work out details (TaT may be a bit longer than regular commissions, depending on how far it goes out of my comfort zone)

I will not replicate another persons style. what you see here is what you will get from me; do not ask me to replicate a style not shown here/on my socials

My pricing is fairly flexible depending on things like design complexity, pose, style, etc.
The prices shown are a baseline. If you'd like a more accurate idea of how much your commission will be, message me for a quote.

I may accept commissions for things not listed here, depending on how close it is to things I've done in the past/how comfortable I am attempting it; we can work out pricing together in DMs

Specials may be somewhat experimental, and have a longer TAT than other commission options

Specials are all highly-customizable, and exact pricing/TAT will depend heavily on what you want

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

NFT/AI use is prohibited

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

You may not claim my work as your own.

Do not use any commissioned work for commercial reasons (reselling, merchandise, stickers, etc..)

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You may print or create a physical reproduction of the artwork (eg. keychains, pins, prints, etc.) as long as it is for PERSONAL use (ie. NOT for sale).

You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. All of my drawings will contain a watermark that you are not allowed to remove.

I retain all copyright over my work, which means I am allowed to post the art I made for you on my socials, as well as use them for examples for future commissions unless stated otherwise

My prices are all in USD

I may change my prices without notice

Prices may increase depending on character complexity

Payment is done through PayPal (invoice) or Ko-fi (donation)

Payment must be sent in full once a sketch is agreed on before I continue working (for sketches payment is taken before I begin)

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

Payments via Paypal will be sent via Invoice method only
  - I will cover the Paypal fees as is expected from the Artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.

If payment is not made in a timely manner (24-72hrs) after I've sent the invoice, the commission will be cancelled.
  Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.

Once I start working on your commission there will be NO REFUNDS. Please spend responsibly.

If you cancel your order before I have started it, you will get a full refund.

If I choose to cancel a project, I will refund what you paid.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in the immediate blacklisting of you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

Commission slots are first come first serve unless stated otherwise.

I will work on commissions in order received

No due dates unless specified during consultation
  - I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

I will require a visual reference of the character/s you want me to draw. The higher the quality, the better
  - moodboards do not count but may help as an additional reference
  - I will refuse to work if your character reference is entirely text based.
  - If I have to design your character's outfit, a fee may be added.

I will need an idea to work off of; the clearer idea you have, the better I can try to execute it
  - If you do not have a clear idea, a brief description of your character/s personality or interests will suffice

You will get a reply from me to discuss the details as well as confirm your slot, typically within a week

Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations, to make the note clear to read.

Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details.

I will - after everything has been agreed on - send you an invoice on Paypal, or tell you to send a donation on ko-fi. You will need to confirm payment with me before I start your order.
  - Do not send a payment before I have confirmed a slot and price with you.

My turnaround time is typically 1-4 week/s from the payment (excluding weekends)
  - Certain factors, such as my personal life, other commissions, and commission complexity, may delay it up to 8 weeks; I will do my best to update you should any delays occur

I will send a WIP (‘work in progress’) image as I complete each stage of your commission.

Each time I send a WIP to a client, I will ask the client to provide feedback to me.
  You are free to take as long as you need to examine it, I will not rush you.
  - Once you are sure it seems fine I will move onto the next step.

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

Upon completion I will send you a .PNG of the finished work/s via email or a Google drive link.
  - Works without a scenic background will have a version with and without the background
  - Works sent over google drive will only remain up for a week after initial upload unless otherwise discussed, be sure to save them as soon as you can.

You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.

Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I try to preserve files for as long as I can. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or loss.
